Palm Oil Press Station:
Henan Huatai Palm Oil Pressing Station is specially designed for the primary processing of palm fruit, covering the whole process from fresh fruit (FFB) to crude palm oil (CPO) and kernel separation.
The palm oil press equipment adopts patented double-screw pressing technology (patent number: ZL 2020 2 2421126.X), with a single machine daily processing capacity of 10-1000 tons, suitable for plantation supporting pressing stations or independent palm oil mills. Through advanced palm oil production processes such as steam softening, gradient pressing, and simultaneous separation of oil and kernel, palm pulp and kernel are efficiently separated. Crude palm oil can be directly used for refining or export, and pressed cakes can be used as fuel or feed raw materials, achieving zero waste production.

The core equipment of our palm oil pressing station includes the following equipment:
1) Pretreatment unit
a. Automatic feeding system: Elevator + conveyor belt smoothly feeds fresh palm fruit into the sterilizing tank to avoid manual feeding and damage to the fruit grains.
b. Steam sterilizing tank (patented design): Built-in spiral agitator, which softens the pulp evenly through steam, destroys the oil-water emulsification structure, and inactivates enzyme activity.
2) Core pressing unit
a. Double screw press: Receives the pulp after sterilizing and threshing, squeezes out the oil through the gradient boost screw shaft, and the residual oil rate is ≤5%.
b. Oil residue separation tank: Vibrating screen quickly separates crude palm oil (CPO) and fiber pomace, and the turbidity of CPO is ≤200NTU.

1) Synchronous separation of oil and kernels: Crude palm oil (CPO) and complete kernels can be separated in a single press, eliminating the cost of secondary sorting;
2) High oil yield: The gradient pressure design fully releases the oil from the pulp, and the residual oil rate is 15% lower than that of the single screw model;
3) Continuous operation: 24-hour uninterrupted operation, the daily processing capacity of a single machine can reach 80 tons, which is particularly suitable for supporting large-scale palm plantations.
The entire palm oil processing system reduces energy consumption by 30% through the recycling of steam heat energy. After the cake is dried, it can also be used as biofuel to feed back to the palm oil production line to achieve zero waste production.

1) After the palm fruit arrives at the pressing station, it is first softened by steam sterilization to kill surface microorganisms, and then palm fruit threshing machine is used to separate the fruit grains and empty fruit bunches (EFB).
2) The softened fruit pulp enters the double-screw press, which breaks the cell structure under high temperature and high pressure, and continuously squeezes out the oil mixture (containing crude palm oil, water and fine fibers).
3) The residue after pressing forms a cake, which contains undamaged palm kernels. The kernels can be efficiently extracted through subsequent kernel shell separation machine for palm kernel oil processing.
