Palm oil refining process mainly includes three parts: degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization and dehydration.

The first step of crude palm oil refining process: Degumming and deacidification are not only used to neutralize free fatty acids, but also can react with other oil materials, such as protein, mucus, phospholipids, pigments, etc. The production of soap stock is a surfactant that has a certain absorption effect itself, that is, it can bring other impurities into the soap stock. In short, alkali refining has the synthetic effects of deacidification, degumming, deodorization and decolorization.

The second step of crude palm oil refining process: Decolorization is to vacuum inhale a quantitative decolorizer (active clay, activated carbon) into the oil, continue stirring and heating, and keep it for about 25 minutes. Inject the oil and clay mixture into the vibration filter to remove the waste soil, and the decolorization is completed.

The third step of crude palm oil refining process: Deodorization process can remove the odor of crude palm oil. Because it has been deodorized and dehydrated at high temperature, it is also completed.

After crude palm oil refining process, you will get refined palm oil with good color and taste.
