Methods of waste water of palm oil mill treatment
The treatment method for utilizing the discharged water and palm by-products finally discharged from the palm oil production and processing process is characterized by including:
The cooling step uses a heat exchanger (2) to recover the waste heat of the discharge water finally discharged in the palm oil production and processing process and cool it;
In the neutralization step, a neutralizing agent is added to the cooled discharge water to adjust the pH;
In the coagulant adding step, the coagulant is added to the discharge water whose pH has been adjusted;
The concentration step is to concentrate the discharge water put into the above-mentioned coagulant, and during the concentration process, the liquid phase in the discharge water is separated for the first time;
In the dehydration step, the discharge water that has undergone the above concentration step is dehydrated to produce a discharge water dewatering filter cake with a moisture content of 70 to 80%, and the liquid phase is detached for the second time during the dehydration process;
In the floating matter removal step, a flocculant is supplied to the liquid phase separated for the first time in the concentration step and the liquid phase separated for the second time in the dehydration step, and put into the pressurized floating tank (11) to remove floating matter;
The liquid fertilizer manufacturing step is to aerate the liquid phase removed from the above floating matter for 3 to 7 days and oxidize organic matter to produce liquid fertilizer;
A mixing step of mixing palm kernel shells, palm processing wastewater dehydration filter cake, palm kernel deoiling filter cake and the discharge water dehydration filter cake manufactured in the above dehydration step;
In the molding step, the mixed raw materials are screened for foreign matter and then molded into granular form; and
In the drying step, the particles produced in the above molding step are dried.
