Palm fruit oil press machine
1. Sterilization and Threshing Section:
1) Vertical sterilization tank: 120-130℃ high-temperature steam treatment for 20 minutes to inactivate lipase and inhibit the increase in acid value;
2) Double-drum threshing machine: Separation efficiency ≥98%, empty fruit bunches are automatically crushed into biofuel.
2. Palm Oil Pressing Section:
1) Double screw press: Variable diameter and variable pitch screw shaft (material: wear-resistant alloy steel) provides a maximum pressure of 40MPa, and the residual oil rate is ≤6%;
2) Intelligent temperature control system: Real-time monitoring of the pressing chamber temperature (90-130℃) to avoid oil oxidation.
3. Crude Oil Purification Section:
Three-stage centrifugal filtration: Impurity content ≤0.1%, can be directly connected to the palm oil refining plant.
Process Flow of Palm Oil Pressing Production Line:
1) Palm fruits through elevator and conveyors, enters into upper steaming boiler of oil press machine.
2) Stirring and heating with steam to destroy the emulsified state forming from oil and water, where in the coagulation protein denaturation and to reduce the viscosity of the oil for further convenience of palm oil pressing process.
3) Digesting temperature keeps at 95-100℃ about 20 minutes.
4) Palm fruit after digesting enters into screw oil expeller for palm oil pressing.
Palm Oil Press Station:
Separate palm fruit and kernel, and palm oil press machine can obtain CPO (crude palm oil) and palm kernel oil. The adoption of double screw and hydraulic oil press machine can greatly improving working efficiency during palm oil processing.
Main Station Description:
1. Sterilizer
As the first step in palm fruit crushing, sterilization is crucial to the quality of palm oil.
2. Threshing
The main function of threshing is to separate the palm fruits from the fruit bunches. The sterilized palm fruit bunches are transported to the drum threshing machine.
The pressing process requires maximum extraction of palm oil from the pulp, but the kernels cannot be broken because the crushed palm kernel oil will contaminate the crude palm oil and affect the quality. Using two or more pressing processes can effectively reduce the cracking rate of nuts.
4. Purify and Clarify
The mixture in the clarifier is crude palm oil, water and a small amount of solid particles. The traditional clarification method is gravity separation.
