Palm Oil Degumming Process
Due to the particularity of palm oil, crude oil contains very little colloid, and conventional alkali refining degumming consumes a lot of refining, so crude oil passes through a bag filter to remove solid impurities, and is accurately measured by a mass flow meter before entering.
In the degumming process of the workshop, after heat exchange and heating, it is fully mixed with phosphoric acid and reacted in the acid reaction tank for 20-40 minutes (depending on the quality of the crude oil), then the temperature is raised for drying, and the heat exchange operation between the dry oil and the crude oil saves energy.
It is directly used in the next process for degumming by filtration. The dry Oil Tank is operated in a closed vacuum state, and the oil does not come into contact with the air, which reduces the oxidation of the oil and ensures the inherent nutritional value of the oil.
During the whole palm oil degumming process, all the temperature can be automatically controlled and the flow rate can be automatically adjusted. All operations can be completed in the control room.
