Brief Introduction of Complete Palm Oil Production Line

We can provide customers with a complete palm oil production line with capacity of 3TPH, 5TPH, 10TPH, 20TPH, 30TPH, 60TPH, etc. The palm oil production machine line is different from other common cooking oil production process. It mainly includes 9 parts:
1. Raw material storage part of palm oil production: Fresh palm fruit bunches must first be weighed in the factory and then unloaded to the palm fruit slope area for storage.
2. Palm oil production sterilization part: Fresh palm fruit bunches are sealed in the sterilization tank for sterilization. The purpose is to prevent enzyme decomposition, avoid further increase in the free fatty acid content of the oil, and facilitate further de-fruiting; pre-treatment of the peel to prepare for subsequent palm oil processing.
3. Threshing part of palm oil production: The purpose of de-threshing is to separate oil palm fruits and fruit bunches through strong vibration.
4. Palm oil pressing section of palm oil production section: Before pressing, the oil palm fruit is first cooked, and the palm fruit after sterilization must be reheated to make the pulp soft and damage the pulp cell structure. Then enter the continuous screw press.
5. Palm oil clarification section: The machine presses the palm crude oil first diluted with water, and the fiber material is separated from the oil by sedimentation and filtration, and then continuously processed.
6. The finished crude palm oil is stored in a storage tank.
7. Fiber separation section of palm oil production: The pressed cake is broken by a screw conveyor and then transported to the fiber separation air cleaner and fiber polishing roller for fiber separation.
8. Kernel recycling: After separation, the palm kernel shell is transported to the warehouse for temporary storage, and can be used as boiler fuel when necessary; the dry kernel is transported to the kernel warehouse for storage.
9. Wastewater treatment section of palm oil production: The pool sewage treatment system is a common and effective treatment method.
